Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs) govern sales concluded on the TECKEL club website between the seller, ____________________ (SIRET ____________________, registered office ____________________), and any consumer buyer. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCs.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered are clothing and accessories for dogs. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness, particularly with regard to colors. The size guides indicated on each product page are provided for information only, with a measurement tolerance of 1 to 3 cm.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. TECKEL club reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Order and Payment
The order is firm upon payment validation. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered at checkout, via the secure Shopify Payments platform. TECKEL club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 – Delivery
Products are delivered in metropolitan France to the address indicated when placing the order. Shipping costs: €4.90, free for purchases over €60. Products are shipped directly from our partner workshops, located outside the European Union; the estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 working days. An order containing several items may be delivered in multiple packages. In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a delay of more than 30 days, the buyer may cancel their order and be reimbursed. Risks are transferred to the buyer upon receipt of the package.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the payment method used. The request is made via the Contact page, by indicating the order number.
Article 7 – Warranties
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, contact us with photos and the order number: we offer replacement or refund.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for processing orders. Its processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Article 9 – Disputes
These GTCs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; the consumer may freely use the consumer mediator indicated in our Legal Notice. Failing this, French courts have jurisdiction.
