When placing an order: last name, first name, postal address, email address, phone number, order history. Payment data is processed directly by Shopify Payments and its providers; we do not have access to it. When browsing: technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via cookies.
Purposes
Processing and delivery of orders, customer service, return tracking, sending commercial information if you have consented, site improvement and traffic statistics, compliance with our legal obligations.
Recipients
Your data is transmitted only to the providers necessary for order fulfillment: Shopify (hosting and payment), our logistics partners and suppliers responsible for shipping (some of whom are located outside the European Union, for which transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses), and our emailing tools, if applicable. They are never sold.
Retention Period
Order data: 10 years (accounting obligations). Prospecting data: 3 years after the last contact. Cookies: 13 months maximum.
