Delivery
Service area: Metropolitan France.
Shipping costs: €4.90. Free for purchases over €60.
Lead times: Our products are shipped directly from our partner workshops. Please allow 10 to 20 business days from order confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.
Multiple items? Our products come from several partner workshops: if your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, a few days apart. You will receive tracking for each package, and you only pay for delivery once.
Christmas orders: For delivery before December 24, please order before December 1.
Returns & exchanges
In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Conditions: Item unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with its tags.
Procedure: Write to us via the Contact page with your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions within 48 business hours.
Return shipping costs: At the customer's expense. Refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, to the payment method used for the order.
Defective or non-conforming item: Contact us with a photo; we will offer a replacement or a refund, with return shipping costs at our expense.
Wrong size?
This is the most common case with a dachshund. Before ordering, measure your dog's back (base of neck → base of tail) and chest circumference at the widest point, then compare with the size guide on each product page. If in doubt between two sizes, take the larger one.
